The WhatsApp Business API provided by DrDigi Formula is strictly for legal business communication and must not be used for spam, fraud, or unethical activities.

Customer Responsibility
Clients are responsible for managing their WhatsApp Business account, customer data, message templates, and complying with WhatsApp platform policies.

Data Privacy
DrDigi Formula does not sell or misuse customer data. All data shared for API integration will be used only for service delivery.

Payment & Billing
Service charges must be paid on time. Delayed payments may lead to service suspension without prior notice.
05.
Content Compliance
Message content must follow WhatsApp rules and local laws. Any misleading or controversial content will result in account suspension.
06.
No Refund Policy
Subscription and service fees are non-refundable once the WhatsApp API service or number has been activated.
07.
Third-Party Dependency
Delivery of messages depends on WhatsApp and telecom operators. DrDigi Formula is not responsible for delays or technical issues beyond its control.

Support & Maintenance
Support will be provided only for the services covered under the active subscription plan purchased by the client.
09.
Account Termination
If a client is found involved in prohibited activities, DrDigi Formula reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund.

Policy Updates
DrDigi Formula reserves the right to update Terms & Conditions anytime. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated policies.
